Theofanis Liatis is originated from Greece. He graduated in 2015 receiving his diploma in veterinary medicine (DVM) from the School of Veterinary Medicine of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, Greece. After his graduation, he completed two and a half neurology and neurosurgery internships in the UK including the Dick White Referrals Veterinary Specialists (2017-2018), University of Glasgow (2019-2020) and University of Edinburgh (2021).
Theofanis completed succesfully his PhD in tremors in dogs and cats in May 2024 at the University of Ghent (Belgium). Theofanis is currently enrolled in ECVN Neurology & Neurosurgery Residency at the Royal Veterinary College, London, UK. Theofanis is passionate for research with particular interest in feline movement disorders and neuroinfectious diseases.
