Sylvia Masson established her clinic in Voreppe in 2008, following her graduation as a veterinarian from Liege in 2005. Her passion for behavioural medicine was evident from the outset, as she initiated puppy classes when her clinic first opened. Over the years, she honed her expertise in veterinary psychiatry, specializing in both dogs and cats, and achieved the title of European Specialist in Behavioural Medicine in 2021 (Dip. ECAWBM).

Sylvia actively consults on behavioural medicine, continuously striving to improve best practices in animal welfare within her clinic. She regularly delivers lectures to veterinarians, nurses, and trainers, aiming to enhance their knowledge and practices in the field of behavioural medicine. Furthermore, she conducts research on the subject of dogs and cats behaviour and welfare. She has authored two books focusing on dog behaviour education and veterinary psychiatry.
