Hollie joined ICC in the early part of 2023 to head up our People Team function.
Hollie accidently started her career in HR in 2005 in the retail sector. It was a role that started as a Payroll Administrator before undertaking training and then becoming the Assistant Personnel and Training Manager. Hollie then moved into the Education sector supporting a large Academy, before joining the HR Team at an FE/HE college in Kent. Following relocation to the South-West in 2017, she moved into Consultancy and partnered with clients in the private, public and third sector. In addition to being what she describes as a true HR Generalist and trainer, she is a qualified lecturer, and has taught CIPD level 3 and 5, and is a Civil and Commercial Mediator.
Hollie is keen to develop the People Team function at ICC, and to support the team in working collaboratively across the charity to create culture that is inclusive, supportive, high performing and committed to continuous learning.
Hollie does not have any animals at the moment but has always been around cats since she was a child. Her last cats Monty and Marmite loved the move to the Blackdown Hills and spent their retirement exploring outside in the fresh air with a rather bouncy Boxer dog named Wallis and three bossy hens.
