Marie graduated from the University of Veterinary Medicine Vienna in 2003,
and worked til 2006 at the department for Internal Medicine while writing her doctor thesis.
2010 she achieved a bachelor in natural ayurvedic medicine.
Fascinated by felines, she decided to pursue further qualification while working in private small animal practice.
Marie completed externships at The Cat Care Clinic/California and at the Valentine Charlton Cat Centre/University of Sydney.
She passed the Membership exams in feline medicine in 2014.
In 2015 she founded with her companion Dr Karin Kamm Austria´s first and so far only cat clinic.
Marie is very commited to continously deepen her knowledge and skills.
She achieved feline Diplomate status of the American Board of Veterinary Practioners in 2020.
Her special interest and skills are complex feline internal medical cases & diagnostic ultrasound.
Marie lives in Vienna with her husband and their two cats Lina and Cino.
She loves travelling and spending time in nature, especially by the sea.
