Who are we?

International Cat Care is an animal welfare charity passionate about improving the lives of cats, both owned and unowned. We understand that people are at the centre of making change and a cat friendly approach in all aspects of our relationship with cats, from veterinary care, population management, to the way we live with and care for cats, or produce them, is vital.

As a nexus organisation iCatCare works with many other organisations in all these different areas of cat care and has a long history of providing education, information and thought leadership on both cat health and wellbeing. The charity’s veterinary division, the International Society of Feline Medicine, has been very successful in driving better feline veterinary care as well as introducing innovations such as Cat Friendly Clinic accreditation and the Journal of Feline Medicine and Surgery.

The Role:

We would welcome applications from those who are experienced at a senior level, or from those looking to take the next step their career.

The successful candidate will lead the design and development of our online learning solutions by collaborating with learners, colleagues, and feline subject matter experts across the International Cat Care community.   You will apply your understanding of learning design to create impactful experiences for our learners and ultimately the cats in their care. Responsible for managing learning development projects, you will report on progress and the success of delivering online learning experiences.

You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our learning management system.  You will oversee and manage ongoing projects and will support our colleagues and learners to effectively use our online learning tools.  Therefore, experience of administering and managing learning management systems and project management within learning design is essential.

You will support the wider team with evaluating our learner experience and the ultimate impact of our educational offerings.  We pride ourselves on welcoming feedback from stakeholders and our colleagues to ultimately improve our provision and continue to grow and develop our courses further.

The successful applicant will be committed to our vision and mission at iCatCare.  It is essential that those who work with us demonstrate honesty and integrity and are committed to their own development.
