Tracy is our Customer Service Manager
Tracy is the Customer Service Manager, focused on improving the customer journey and heading up the Customer Service Team who deal with all inbound enquiries. Tracy has decades of Customer Service and Account Management experience but originally joined International Cat Care in 2013 as the Office Manager. She has 3 children, a black cat called Boo and 2 mischievous house rabbits – Nora and Juno, who definitely rule the roost! In her spare time, she enjoys being creative and produces bespoke textile art.
