At our virtual congress launch on 30th July, you will be able to watch all the lectures from our Rhodes conference, plus exclusive bonus content and additional live Q&A sessions. Our speakers are both experts in their fields, and passionate about feline welfare. Sarah Heath needs little introduction as a specialist in Veterinary Behavioural Medicine and will be speaking on various topics including chronic pain and its effect on behaviour. Danièlle Gunn-Moore is a Professor of Feline Medicine at Edinburgh University and will be covering conditions such as cognitive dysfunction and idiopathic cystitis. Clare Rusbridge brings her extensive experience in feline neurology and Matt Gurney will discuss his ‘Zero pain philosophy’ and the relationship between pain and mental wellbeing.
At the end of the year, you can enjoy the lectures from our Hong Kong congress with more from specialist Veterinary Behaviourist Sarah Heath, speaking on feline behaviour, chronic stress, and multi-cat environments as well as panel discussions on managing stress and infectious disease at home, in breeding establishments and shelters. Professors Vanessa Barrs and Julia Beatty from The City University in Hong Kong will be bringing their local expertise in infectious disease, and Paulo Steagall, pioneer of the Feline Grimace Scale pain assessment tool, shares his thoughts on acute pain management as well as providing stress and pain-free neutering tips.
A virtual congress ticket is just one of the benefits of ISFM Veterinary Membership. So, if you are a veterinarian and not an individual or practice member of ISFM why not become one today!
