Yvonne is a graduate of the University of Veterinary Medicine Hannover, Germany, 2003.
She has always had an exceptional passion for cats and has been working and is interested in all aspects of Feline Medicine and Surgery.
She has worked in small animal practices and referral centers mainly in the north of Germany, but has also had the opportunity to work abroad supporting the team of the “Mayhew animal home”, a shelter/fostering organisation in the UK. Additionally she has been able to collect early clinical experience in a mixed animal clinic in the beautiful New Zealand.
She completed the University of Sydney CVE Feline Medicine course in 2020 and gained her MANZCVS (Medicine of Cats) in 2022.
Due to being passionate about the knowledge and handling techniques needed to optimally care for our feline patients, Yvonne has been an active member of the “German cat group” as well as a board member of the Feline medicine focus group of the German veterinary society for 6+ years. She continues to support their work closely collaborating with the team of ISFM.
Yvonne is currently working as a medical consultant, supporting veterinary teams to give optimal medical care to their feline patients.
