Lucinda graduated from the Royal Veterinary College in 2010. She had always wanted to work in the charitable sector, and after graduating, she took up a post at the PDSA. In 2013, Lucinda then completed her General Practitioner Certificate in Small Animal Medicine which helped to cement her interest in everything feline. She then moved to Cats Protection, where she is able to combine her love of feline medicine, ethics and welfare, with shelter medicine. Most recently, Lucinda gained membership of the Australian and New Zealand College of Veterinary Scientists in the Medicine of Cats in 2021.
