Louise graduated from The University of Edinburgh in 2011. After a rotating small animal residency at Dick White Referrals, she undertook a three-year Small Animal Internal Medicine residency at Anderson Moores Veterinary Specialists. Louise was awarded the American College of Veterinary Internal Medicine Diploma in Small Animal Internal Medicine in 2017.
Louise moved to Australia following her residency and worked in a private referral hospital in Brisbane, The University of Queensland and with Boehringer Ingelheim Animal Health.
