Jorge graduated from the Universidad de Chile. He did a Master Science degree and European PhD at the Universitat Autónoma de Barcelona (UAB) about feline IBD and low-grade alimentary lymphoma. Jorge undertook a rotating internship and ECVIM-CA residency at the Veterinary Teaching Hospital UAB.
He is EBVS European Specialist in Small Animal Internal Medicine Specialist and certified in Feline Medicine by the Spanish Small Animal Veterinary Association (AVEPA).
Currently, Jorge is head of Internal Medicine Service at the Veterinary Teaching Hospital CEU and lecturer at the Veterinary College of Universidad CEU Cardenal Herrera.
