Deborah Linder, DVM, MS, DACVIM (Nutrition), is a board-certified veterinary nutritionist at the Cummings School of Veterinary Medicine at Tufts University, where she also earned her DVM. Dr Linder’s interests include obesity management, effective client education, and human-animal interaction.
Her research has focused on safe and effective weight loss strategies for cats and dogs as well as the effect of obesity on pet and human well-being. She is also Co-Director of the Tufts Initiative for Human-Animal Interaction and co-founder of the pet nutrition website www.petfoodology.org.
