Alix graduated from the university of Bristol in 2008. After several years in general practice she began a residency in dentistry and oral surgery at Eastcott Referrals, Swindon, UK under the supervision of Peter Southerden and Andrew Perry in 2019. Alix became an EBVS European Specialist and RCVS specialist in veterinary dentistry in 2022. She continues to work at Eastcott which is now the largest dentistry and oral surgery team in Europe. Alix’s main interests lie in endodontics, management of maxillofacial fractures and oral oncologic surgery. She is also president elect of the British Veterinary Dental Association.
