The iCatCare team works out of an old school building in the village of Tisbury in Wiltshire, UK. Being a small team, our jobs often overlap and we all 'muck in' when needed!
Claire Bessant, Chief Executive
Claire has been Chief Executive of the charity for over 20 years, and in that time she has led International Cat Care into new and exciting areas of cat care. Under her leadership we now work with individuals and cat-focused groups on every continent (bar Antarctica) to improve the health and lives of both owned and unowned cats.
Andy Sparkes, Veterinary Director
One of the world’s leading feline vets, Andy oversees all our veterinary matters.
Ross Tiffin, Strategy and Development Adviser
Ross works with Andy and Claire to advise on strategic planning and sponsorship.
Ginette Bryant, Business Director
Ginette works with Ross, Claire and Andy developing our relationships with corporate partners
Sarah Endersby, Veterinary Development Manager
Sarah is responsible for developing our ISFM Cat Friendly Clinic programme and contributes to the charity's veterinary educational content.
Sam Taylor, International Cat Care Nurse and Technician Education Coordinator
Sam is responsible for coordinating our veterinary nursing activities, including the distance education courses and our journal for veterinary nurses/techs Feline Focus of which she is Veterinary Editor.
Sarah Ellis, Feline Behaviour Expert
Sarah is responsible for developing all cat behaviour aspects of International Cat Care and the International Society of Feline Medicine.
Shelley Gregory-Jones, Development Director
Shelley is heading up our fundraising, and developing our supporter base.
Courses and Projects Department
Tracy Sullivan, Project Management & HR Manager
Tracy heads up the project management and courses department and keeps us all on track. Responsible for contracts, health and safety, HR and liasing with our National Partners and external groups.
Jane Bridge, Projects & Courses Co-ordinator
Jane coordinates our nursing and cat professionals courses, the Cat Friendly Clinic Scheme and deals with many of the enquiries that come into the office.

Margaret Melling, Veterinary Publications Manager
Margaret produces the popular clinical version of the Journal of Feline Medicine and Surgery and oversees the charity’s publications.
Abi Tansley, Assistant Editor
Abi edits the charity's publications, including the Journal of Feline Medicine and Surgery, together with the website content.
Digital Communications Department
Jo Vuckovic, Digital Communications Manager
Jo oversees and develops our website and e-communications. She is also responsible for the design of many of the charity’s publications and communication materials.
Eve Davies, Digital Communications
Eve manages iCatCare's social media accounts, together with the production of our charity newsletters. She also produces many of our publications and website content.
Lucy McCrae, Digital Communications Editor
Lucy manages iCatCare's supporter magazine, Intelligent Cat Care. She is also responsible for our conference proceedings, social media content, design of various materials for the charity and assisting with the website.
Lizzie Rowe, Digital Communications Editor
Lizzie helps out on all aspects of the department's work. She also works with the Behaviour Department and the Courses and Projects Department, producing course content and keeping everything running smoothly!
Nikki Jones, Events and Conferences
Nikki coordinates the charity’s conferences and events that are run for cat lovers and members of the veterinary profession, including our hugely successful ISFM Feline Congresses.
